The impact of the quality of health services on the loyalty of health insurance clients in the state of Jazeera-Sudan

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر جودة الخدمات الصحية بأبعادها المتمثلة في (الملموسية، الاهتمام، الأمان، الاستجابة) على ولاء العملاء قطاع التأمين الصحي بولاية الجزيرة -السودان. تمثلت مشكلة ملاحظة الباحثان تدهور القطاع بالسودان ظل الأوضاع الاقتصادية التي تعيشها البلاد والذي له تأثير المقدمة وبالتالي رضا وولاء عملاء هذا القطاع. أهمية سد الفجوة البحثية المجال وتوفير نتائج لمتخذي القرارات. اعتمادا الأدبيات السابقة، تم تكوين نموذج وفرضياتها أبعاد الخدمة الاستجابة، الأمان) درجة العملاء. كما اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات من عينة قوامها (138) مفردة، ولاختبار الفرضيات استخدمت أساليب الإحصاء والاستدلالي برنامج (spss) فأظهرت وجود ذو دلالة معنوية لأبعاد ، وعدم توفر حيث أوصت بإعطاء اهتمام أكبر لمعايير وضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير الأجهزة الطبية الحديثة بالإضافة الى اختيار المواقع المناسبة يسهل العميل الوصول اليها.
